Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
If you do not agree with the Sales Terms, please do not order any goods from us.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
Goods at fanatical botanical showing in stock are available for order and will be despatched in line with our delivery options.
fanatical botanical retains the right to suspend supply of goods displayed if it is out of stock or for general site maintenance and may do this without warning or notice.
fanatical botanical also retain the right to change prices without notice or warning.
Current prices of all goods are clearly marked on the product page.
Once you have placed an order with fanatical botanical you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and a further email when your order has been dispatched.
The email confirming dispatch represents acceptance by fanatical botanical of your order.
Refunds are made using the same method used to make the initial order.
PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNT CODES AND SPECIAL OFFERS
From time to time fanatical botanical may offer discount codes, special offers and promotions and may terminate these offers without prior notice.
Receipt of a discount code does not provide a guarantee that the code will be accepted once the discount period has expired.
Discount codes do not apply to items covered by a promotion or to which a discount has already been applied.
DELIVERIES
UK deliveries only accepted. Overseas orders must email us at catherine@fanaticalbotanical.co.uk to discuss options.
Deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail tracked 48 charged at £4.50 per order, if your order amounts to £35 or above, postage and packing will be free of charge. Orders ship in 3 - 5 days.
If your order is damaged during delivery please contact us at catherine@fanaticalbotanical.co.uk to report any problems. .
REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from fanatical botanical.
If you are unhappy with products that you have purchased from us then please do let us know by contacting us at catherine@fanaticalbotanical.co.uk.
We shall try to resolve any problems and you will be given the option of either a refund if you contact us within 30 days of purchase, or we may issue you with a voucher code that can be used against a future purchase, all to be confirmed by our customer services team.
Returned goods should be sent complete with their original packaging with your order number, the reason for your return and whether you would like either a refund or replacement.
Customers are responsible for organising the return themselves unless we have sent you the wrong item and if that is the case we will arrange the return for you.
We cannot accept returns as a result of deliveries being delayed or late.
Cancellation – You have a legal right to cancel your order within 7 days of the date of receipt of your goods, as long as the goods are returned to us unused and as new together with their original packaging.
Force majeure – fanaticalbotanical.com will not be held responsible for any failure or delay in the delivering of goods to you the customer for unusual or unforeseen events that are outside our reasonable control.
